💵 Tuition & Fees

At Family Circle Playgroup (FCP), we strive to offer a high-quality, community-driven program that is affordable and flexible for families. Below are the details regarding tuition, fees, and available discounts.

• Tuition:

  • $275 for one class per week for the first child

  • Additional children may qualify for discounted rates, depending on their enrollment status (see sibling discounts below).

Classes run from September to June and follow the Moorestown School District Calendar. Tuition is due in full by July 31st, 2025.

💳 Tuition Payment

All tuition balances are due by July 31, 2025. Payments are non-refundable once classes have been assigned.

💸 Discounts

We offer several opportunities to save on tuition:

• Early Bird Discount:
  Register and pay your full tuition by June 19, 2025, at 11:59 pm to receive a $30 discount. The discount will be applied once the registration form and full tuition payment are completed by the deadline.

• Two-Class Discount:
  Enroll your child for two classes per week and receive a discount. This has already been factored into the tuition prices below.

• Volunteer Discounts:

  • Class Coordinator Discount: Receive a 20% discount if you volunteer as a Class Coordinator.

  • Chairperson & Board Member Discounts: Discounts for these volunteer positions vary. Please contact us by email for more details on availability and rates. Positions are limited, and Class Coordinators are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

📅 Class Availability

• Playgroup Classes: Available for children aged 12 months to 5 years old. Classes are organized by age group, with 4-10 families per class.

  • Morning Classes: 9:15 am - 11:30 am

  • Afternoon Classes: 12:30 pm - 2:45 pm

• Homeschool Classes: Available for children 5 to 8 years old. These classes are held in the afternoon from 12:00 pm - 2:45 pm, with 6-10 families per class.

📝 How to Enroll

1. Complete the Registration Form
   To begin, fill out the online Registration Form with your child's information and preferred days/times for playgroup. The form will ask you to specify the days you are available (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, or Friday), as well as your preferred time slots.

2. Submit the Registration Fee
   Along with your registration form, you will need to submit the registration fee. This fee helps cover the administrative costs and secures your spot in the program.

3. Class Placement
   Once all forms and fees have been collected, FCP will review availability and match children with compatible age groups and schedules. Classes will be formed based on your indicated availability. You will be notified of your child's assigned class day and time in August.

✅ Eligibility for Enrollment

• Playgroup Co-Op:
  Children must be 12 months old by October 1, 2025 to be eligible for the 2025-26 FCP Playgroup year.

• Homeschool Co-Op:
  Children must be 5 years old by October 1, 2025 to be eligible for the 2025-26 FCP Homeschool Co-Op.

• Infant Tuition:
  Siblings of enrolled children must be under 6 months old by October 1, 2025 to qualify for the infant tuition rate.

• If a sibling is 6 months or older by October 1, 2025, they would qualify for the tagalong tuition rate. Tagalongs are siblings that will be attending the class more than 5 times per academic year. 

📋 Class Scheduling & Policies

Class placement is based on availability and age group. Parents should indicate their preferred days and times for playgroup on the Enrollment Page registration form. After collecting all forms and fees, FCP will match families with children of similar ages and compatible availability in August. Once class assignments are made, you will be notified of your assigned day and time.

Please note, once classes are confirmed, tuition is non-refundable.

Parents are required to stay on the premises with their child(ren) at all times during playgroup. Tagalongs (younger siblings) are welcome to attend for an additional fee.
